Protecting your personal data is important to me. This website has therefore been designed to collect and process as little personal data as possible.

No analytics or marketing services are used. In particular, this website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel. Social media feeds or similar third-party content are not automatically embedded.

The fonts and other static content used on this website are provided locally through the website.

3. Hosting and provision of the website

This website is provided through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI Ireland Ltd. Infrastructure provided by Cloudflare is used, among other services, for the technical delivery and security of the website.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This may include, in particular, your IP address, the requested URL, the date and time of access, browser and device information, as well as technical HTTP, TLS and request data.

This processing is necessary to provide the website, ensure its stability and security, and protect it against abusive or automated access.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of this website.

4. Cloudflare and technically necessary security functions

Cloudflare services may be used as part of the hosting and security infrastructure to protect the website against abusive or automated access.

In particular, the __cf_bm cookie may be set. According to Cloudflare, this cookie is used to detect and mitigate automated traffic and to calculate a bot score. The cookie is specific to the website and is not used by me to analyse website visitors or for advertising purposes.

This website does not use its own analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.

This website contains links that allow you to open an email addressed to me. The website itself does not contain a contact form, and simply clicking an email link does not send a message or personal content to me.

If you subsequently choose to send me an email, I process the information contained in your message – in particular your email address, the content of your message and, where applicable, your name or any other information you voluntarily provide – in order to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.

I use services provided by IONOS SE for my email account.

Where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contractual relationship, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and my legitimate interest in receiving and responding to enquiries.

The data is retained only for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and any subsequent communication, or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply.

This website contains links to external websites and social media services, in particular Instagram, as well as links to external sources and competition results.

These are ordinary external links only. Simply visiting this website does not cause content from these providers to be loaded or establish a connection to them through this website.

Only when you actively click such a link do you leave this website. From that point onwards, the privacy policies of the respective external provider apply.

7. Locally hosted fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally. Therefore, loading this website does not establish a connection to Google Fonts or any other external font provider.
